A te\u010f v\u00edm, \u017ee jedin\u00e9 od \u010deho si mus\u00edm odvyknout je strach, kter\u00fd m\u011b svazoval.\t\tJsem r\u00e1d i za v\u00fdstra\u017en\u00e9 obr\u00e1zky na krabi\u010dk\u00e1ch cigaret, proto\u017ee m\u011b upozor\u0148uj\u00ed na to, abych kou\u0159il velice opatrn\u011b. Ani to zdra\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed mi tolik nevad\u00ed, proto\u017ee kou\u0159\u00edm \u010d\u00edm d\u00e1l t\u00edm m\u00e9n\u011b. Byly v\u0161ak doby, kdy jsem kv\u016fli zdra\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed cigaret vykou\u0159il t\u011bch cigaret mnohem v\u00edce, proto\u017ee jsem z\u00a0toho m\u011bl stres a po\u0159\u00e1d jsem \u0159e\u0161il, kde na n\u011b vezmu pen\u00edze.\tI proch\u00e1zka po m\u011bst\u011b je rizikov\u00e1 \u010dinnost, m\u016f\u017eeme suver\u00e9nn\u011b vkro\u010dit pod auto, kdy\u017e nebudeme opatrn\u00ed. M\u016f\u017eeme pod auto vlet\u011bt ze strachu, aby n\u00e1s neporazilo jin\u00e9. A kdy\u017e se budeme proch\u00e1zet p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 \u010dasto a dlouho, hroz\u00ed n\u00e1m opot\u0159eben\u00ed na\u0161ich nohou, jako hroz\u00ed vrcholov\u00fdm sportovc\u016fm.\tPodobn\u011b je to s\u00a0kou\u0159en\u00edm tab\u00e1ku. M\u016f\u017eeme suver\u00e9nn\u011b vdechovat kou\u0159 do plic, a\u017e si je zni\u010d\u00edme. Nebo to m\u016f\u017eeme d\u011blat ze strachu z\u00a0abstinen\u010dn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edznak\u016f. A m\u016f\u017eeme kou\u0159it tak \u010dasto a tak dlouho, a\u017e si vykou\u0159\u00edme n\u011bjakou v\u00e1\u017enou nemoc.\t\t\u010c\u00edm v\u00edce se budeme abstinen\u010dn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edznak\u016f b\u00e1t, t\u00edm v\u00edce jim budeme propadat, cesta ze z\u00e1vislosti na tab\u00e1ku vede odvahou. Nem\u011bli bychom se b\u00e1t ani samotn\u00e9ho tab\u00e1ku, abychom se s\u00a0n\u00edm zbyte\u010dn\u011b nezab\u00fdvali.
